What data is used, and why?
Visiting the website. Hosting and security providers process technical request data, such as your IP address, requested page, request time, browser information and security signals, to deliver the website and prevent abuse. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a reliable, secure website (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
Contacting us. If you email or call, we use the contact details and information you provide to respond and discuss your project. For enquiries about a contract with you, the basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract (Article 6(1)(b)); for other business correspondence, it is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries (Article 6(1)(f)).
You choose whether to contact us and what to share. Without suitable contact or project details, we may be unable to answer your enquiry. We do not use your enquiry to subscribe you to a mailing list or make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.

Cloudflare provides security for this website. Its security cookies help distinguish legitimate visitors from automated attacks. They are used for essential security, not advertising. We do not request consent for strictly necessary cookies.

Service providers and international processing
The website is hosted through OpenAI's ChatGPT Sites using Cloudflare infrastructure. Email enquiries are received through Google's Gmail service. These providers may handle data needed to deliver, secure or support their services.
These services operate internationally, including in the United States. Their privacy notices describe the safeguards they use for international transfers, including applicable adequacy decisions and standard contractual clauses. Details and ways to request information about those safeguards are available in the OpenAI privacy notice, Cloudflare privacy notice and Google privacy notice. You can also contact us with questions about the handling of your data.
LinkedIn is an ordinary external link, not an embedded widget. If you follow it, LinkedIn's own privacy rules apply.
How long is data kept?
Enquiry correspondence is retained while needed to resolve your request and any resulting business relationship. Relevant records may be kept longer where required by law or needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims; those purposes determine the retention period.
Technical data retained by hosting and security providers follows their service and security retention rules, described in the notices linked above. We do not maintain a separate visitor analytics database. Cookie lifetimes are described above.
Your rights
Subject to the conditions in the GDPR, you can request access, correction, deletion, restriction of processing and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests because of your particular situation. Contact us using the email address above to exercise your rights.
